Our print lab partner receives only what is required to print and package your order. They do not receive your personal contact information for any purpose beyond fulfillment, and they are not authorized to use your images or information for any other purpose.
McElroy Media uses Textedly, a third-party SMS messaging platform, to send text message updates to customers who have provided their mobile phone number in connection with a league picture day.

By providing your mobile phone number to McElroy Media, you consent to receive these picture day update messages via SMS. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
Textedly's handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy. McElroy Media does not control Textedly's data practices beyond the scope of messages we send through their platform. Your phone number is provided to Textedly solely for the purpose of delivering picture day updates on our behalf and for no other purpose.

If you do not wish for your child's photographs to be used in any McElroy Media marketing or portfolio materials, please notify us in writing at the time of your order or within 30 days of picture day and we will honor that request.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment platforms and we do not store your payment card details on our own systems.
While no system is entirely immune to security risks, we are committed to handling your information responsibly.
McElroy Media photographs minor children in the course of our work with youth sports leagues. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All orders and communications are handled through parents or legal guardians.
We handle photographs of minor children with care and do not use children's full names alongside their images in any public-facing materials without explicit parental consent.
Natalia McElroy is the only person who handles your child's images — from the moment they are captured on picture day through editing, order fulfillment, and delivery. No other staff member, contractor, or third party has access to or handles your child's photographs, with the sole exception of our print lab partner who receives image files only to produce your physical prints.

By placing an order with McElroy Media, attending a McElroy Media picture day, or engaging our services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
These Terms apply to all customers — parents, guardians, and league or organization partners — who interact with McElroy Media in connection with youth sports photography services.
McElroy Media provides professional youth sports photography services to leagues and families throughout Western North Carolina and surrounding regions. Our services include:
McElroy Media reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.
Orders may be placed online prior to picture day or in person on the day of the event. Payment is due at the time of ordering. McElroy Media accepts payment through our secure online ordering platform and, where available, in person at picture day events.
Prices are as listed in your league's ordering package and are subject to change between seasons. Prices displayed at the time of your order are the prices you will be charged.
Orders placed after picture day has concluded may not be available for printed packages. Digital options may be available in limited circumstances — contact us to inquire.

We do not define "satisfaction" narrowly. If something is wrong, tell us. We will fix it.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or report any issue with your photos. "Delivery" means the date your printed photos were available for pickup at your league location, or the date your digital files were delivered, whichever is applicable to your order.
To request a refund or report an issue:
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. In some cases, we may offer a reprint or replacement in lieu of a refund — we will always discuss the appropriate resolution with you first.

McElroy Media targets a delivery turnaround of approximately two weeks from picture day. This timeline is our goal and standard — while we work hard to meet it consistently, it may be affected by order volume, print lab timelines, or circumstances outside our control.
Printed photos are delivered to your league location for pickup — we do not mail individual orders to home addresses unless a specific arrangement has been made. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to pick up their order from the designated league distribution point.
McElroy Media is not responsible for unclaimed orders that are left at league facilities after the agreed distribution period. Please coordinate with your league director if you are unable to pick up your order on the distribution day.
When you purchase a photo package from McElroy Media, you are purchasing a license to use the delivered images for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license includes:

McElroy Media reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your child's images to be used in this way, please notify us in writing within 30 days of picture day.
The McElroy Media website and all content on it — including text, images, and design — is the property of McElroy Media and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.
You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of our site or services.
McElroy Media's liability to any customer is limited to the amount paid for the photo package in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from our services or delivery of photos.
McElroy Media is not responsible for circumstances outside our control that may affect picture day quality, including but not limited to: weather conditions, venue conditions, uncooperative participants, or equipment failure. In the event of circumstances significantly affecting picture day quality, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or reshoot at no additional charge.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute arising from or related to McElroy Media's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
